Emily Alexiadis, Nurse Practitioner
Emily Alexiadis began as a Registered Nurse in 2004, spending most of her nursing career as a critical care nurse in the intensive care units of Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Public Health Nurse Certification from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) in 2010. In 2017 she then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and became a dual board certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP) and Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist (AG-CNS). Emily is an active member of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners (CANP), the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), and the American Nursing Association (ANA). When not at work, Emily enjoys travelling, gardening, and taking her two large dogs for long hikes.

Maribel “Kaalani” Mecozzi is an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Driven by her passion for elderly care, she obtained her MSN from Grand Canyon University and is currently licensed to practice in the state of California. She first began her career as a Registered Nurse from Columban College back in 2007. She worked and trained as an RN in a teaching hospital in the Philippines and currently has 12 years of nursing experience. She spent most of her career as an ER nurse and has a diverse experience ranging from pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, and medical surgical nursing. On her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and two furry babies and enjoys outdoor scenery especially during the spring and fall.
